Black Architecture have been appointed to work with the selected contractor to deliver three new family homes and a small apartment block on a corner site in Brondesbury Park.
The technical design has been developed to bring the proposed homes up to LETI standards and integrate MVHR and ASHP into the consented envelope of the buildings. The environmental performance matches a retrofit that Black are undertaking with VATA Builders on another residential site in Tooting, and follows the principles of 7 low carbon mews houses completed by the same team at Rodmill Lane in Brixton.
The project is due to be on site later in the summer following demolition of an existing building that had previously been converted into flats, and is anticipated to be completed in Autumn 2024.
