Planning applications have been made to Three Rivers District Council for a series of new affordable apartments and houses across a group of garage sites throughout the local authority district.
The proposals have been developed over the summer with the design team to balance parking needs, amenity requirements and bio-diversity net gain before being presented for pre-application with planning officers. The designs adopt common themes which aim to connect new higher density typologies across established residential estates and respond to their own architectural character. Features include pitched roofs, dormers and brickwork, all with contemporary detailing.
All new properties optimise the use of brownfield land to maximise the delivery of affordable accommodation, but still deliver spacious dual aspect homes with high environmental performance developed in conjunction with Etude Consulting.
