Following a remote audit conducted by the British Standards Institute, our ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system has been recertified for a further 3 year period.
Black Box is the management system that contains all of the procedures we have adopted to organise how the practice operates. During lockdown this has ensured that we have been able to maintain the quality of service and design philosophy upon which the practice was established. As part of the recertification process we have formally committed to the sustainability and charitable work targets that were set in October and will be assessed against these when the BSI undertake their next audit.
The Black Box system provides clarity to the practice allowing us to focus on the core architectural and ethical values of the business in a period of increasing social and economic strain.
