Five years after commencing design work on phase one of the Croxley View residential masterplan, phase two construction works have begun on site.
This section of the scheme delivers an additional 82 homes as part of the 400 unit development that links Tolpits Lane with Ascot Road. The design extends the initial street and terminates the route with a new hard landscaped square framed by a mix of low and medium rise flats. The layout allows the development to respond to a range of existing typologies, addressing both front and back doors to create new properties that face onto the public realm.
The project incorporates an enhanced cycleway that links with the Ebury Way; connecting Watford with Rickmansworth and providing residents with a safe off road leisure route.
