Black have joined up with the Indoamerican Refugee Migrant Organisation to redesign their Brixton centre at Warwick House.
The charity work with the local Spanish and Portuguese speaking community to provide support and advise, operating out of two separate retail units in Brixton. They approached Black to redesign their home to improve working conditions for staff and enhance connectivity with those using the service. The proposals break through the dividing wall to bring everyone together and rearrange the internal layouts to optimise the space available and create a new active frontage.
Fundraising is underway to support the cost of the works and allow IRMO to offer enhanced services from a newly refurbished centre in late 2020.
