The end of the year audit by the British Standard’s Institute reviewed the management systems that Black Architecture have adopted to organise project work within the practice and continue to deliver a high-quality professional service.
The auditing process offers an opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months and plan for the coming year. It identified an expanding range of sectors delivering commissions with projects requiring retrofit skills on heritage assets becoming increasing prevalent. The work involves collaboration with the network of stakeholders that have been built up over the past 20 years, developing new ideas to address the economic, social and environmental challenges we face today.
As with results from previous years, the independent audit continues to identify that the investment in our systems is effective, allowing our architectural team to focus on the delivery of low carbon projects.
