Black Architecture have renewed our Bloom membership, offering Local Government, Housing Associations and Education providers a flexible framework through which the practice can be appointed.

The categories covered under the framework range from architecture and planning to urban design and master planning. The work embodying both new build and retrofit works, with skills in decarbonisation across all sectors. Bloom provides a fast and cost effective OJEC compliant NEPRO framework route to the procurement of professional architectural services that enable our clients to follow the procurement rules set out within their organisations.
