Our success is attributed to the team of people that we have assembled and supported in the studio, creating a practice that balances experience with youthful inquisitivity. This mix ensures we remain fresh and challenging, but is underlined with a management team that have over 20 years of expertise in the profession delivering high quality, award winning architecture.

We seek out and support new talent, providing opportunities for staff to grow through training programmes and by embedding them in projects. Being a SME we rely upon each other for support and use our well-versed management systems to control our projects. Whilst small in scale we think big and invest in the practice to ensure we have the resources to work on the projects that our clients entrust in us. This investment ranges from our workspace in Shoreditch from which we operate the business all the way through to the Friday team lunches where we collectively debate architectural ideas.

The team extends beyond the office and includes a range of consultants who we collaborate with on projects and a series of professional advisers. Our BSI audited ISO 9001 and Cubic resource management systems are supported by these advisers and allow us to concentrate on design.
